Every now and then an order gets placed without an accurate measurement. It's ok, no need to fret. Once you check out - we will send you return instructions. The fee includes the remaking of your basic band with all new materials. The labor and materials are included in this fee. Buyer covers shipping both ways. Your band is eligible for this service within 30 days of the invoice date. Resizing is not available for bands purchased over 30 days of the date on the invoice.

This service covers standard elastic bands with or without signature rivets. For hand stitched bands, leather bands, crystal rivets and all other decorative rivets - please check out on the PREMIUM RESIZING service. Checking out on the wrong listing will delay the process. If you are unsure which service you require, please contact me here.

We are not responsible for lost mail so please put a tracking service on the returned band. As we will do the same when we send your new band back to you.

Please take the time to measure accurately:

Wrap a thin non-stretch string (we recommend dental floss) around your wrist one time. Where the ends meet precisely mark or cut the string. Make sure there's no gap, no slack, no overlap and not so tight it makes an indent. Then lay that string flat on a reliable ruler - this is your wrist measurement.

We do NOT recommend using a sewing tape or soft cloth tape - every .25" is an entire size in these bands and those tapes have been incorrect by up to 2 sizes.

Buyer is responsible for shipping returned band(s) back to doOGle Designs. Once the band(s) is/are returned, we will remake the piece(s) and return it to you quickly.
